Inside Sales Manager / Business Development Manager


Job Brief:
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long-term sales strategy.
Responsibilities- 6+ years of experience in driving net new revenue in IT Service sales
- Account management that includes lead generation, price negotiation and client relationship management
- Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets by prospecting, qualification, account mapping
- Developing new accounts and strengthening relationship with existing clients
- Focus on prospecting, developing business, generating RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's, presenting proposals to customers
- Research, data mining e-mail marketing & cold calling in Asia Pacific / US region for onshore & offshore business alliance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years relevant management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise on CRM like Salesforce & Zoho
- Expertise on multiple Automated tools for E-mail Campaigns and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Expertise of Databases like Rainking, Hoovers, Zoom-info & DiscoverOrg
- Cross sell, Up-sell
- Negotiation & Closing Deals
- SPIN Sales Technique
