Job Brief
An HR operation executive will handle the effective operation and execution of the internal HR system
Responsibilities- Providing orientation and training to the new employees
- Carry out tasks assigned by the HR Manager
- Input records of the personnel, maintain and update records in human resources systems for ready reference
- Create and maintain employee relations for the smooth implementation and execution of various company operations and policies
- Carrying out performance evaluations tasks for appraisals is one of the key points in HR operations executive job description.
- Preparing periodic reports and assisting the management in making management decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
- Experience as an HR operations executive or its equivalent will be an add on
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
