Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage CISCO Layer 3 & Layer 2 switches, Ruckus Enterprise Wi-Fi, and SonicWall firewalls.
• Administer Symantec Endpoint Protection, M365, G Suite, and domain controllers (on-prem/cloud).
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensure data security, and troubleshoot network issues across Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS.
• Manage file servers, IT asset inventory, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Handle AWS Workspace, RDP, VPN, and BitLocker issues.
• Participate in ISO/SOC audits and ensure IT policy compliance.
• Lead IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, and migrations.
• Oversee IT budget, vendor management, and assess new hardware/software.
