Business Development Executive / Client Relations Executive


Job Description:
As a Client Relations Executive at A3logics, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your primary objective is to establish a positive first impression and gather necessary information, all while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Requirements:- Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear American accent.
- Ability to engage with potential clients in a friendly and persuasive manner.
- Proficient in using CRM software and lead management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing goals and strategies.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Microsoft, Google tools (Sheets, Docs).
- Work diligently in outbound calling (between 100 - 200 calls a day). The shift timings are 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM (night shifts)
- Clearly and articulately present information about our products/services.
- Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and qualify their interest.
- Leave voicemails and send follow up emails
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on client availability and company guidelines.
- Receive and act on prospect information from our research team
- Record and maintain accurate information in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
