Business Analyst (Pre-Sales)


Requirements:
- Collaborate with the sales team and engage directly with potential clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and specific requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Leverage industry knowledge and product expertise to propose innovative and tailored solutions that address clients' pain points effectively.
- Work closely with the technical team to design and customize product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of the organization's products or services.
- Customize the demonstrations to align with the unique needs and use cases of individual prospects.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the proposed solution, emphasizing how it addresses the client's specific business challenges and provides a competitive advantage.
- Assist in preparing and writing compelling proposals, including technical responses, to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Collaborate with the technical teams, including product development, engineering, and solutions architects, to validate the feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with the organization's capabilities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to highlight the unique selling points of the organization's solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, fostering a positive client experience.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales process, providing technical expertise and relevant documentation as needed.
- Assist in negotiations and offer insights to overcome objections.
- Contribute to the improvement of the pre-sales process by providing feedback on product enhancements, sales techniques, and market trends.
