With an experience scaling higher than 18 years in IT and specialization in C, C++, VC++, VB 6.0 and VB.Net/C# his strengths are also witnessed in Architecting, Designing and System Analysis. Having used PLT, SAD, DFD, Flow Chart, Decision Tree and Structure in his design and analysis he has proved his grit in all spheres.

Yash has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Rajasthan University and MBA dual degree from IBS, Hyderabad. He has intensified his influential talent by crafting customers delight every time he connects to our honored clientele.

He is a master key in managing the Microsoft technology projects at A3logics. As a practiced professional for over 11 years now, he has an all-embracing know-how in handling and managing the outsized projects. He is a victor in whatever he undertakes. Prior to A3logics he has labored his services for VGL Softech, CTS, L & T InfoTech where he had been in commanding situations. His scholastic qualifications take account of MCAD certification from Microsoft. He is responsible for setting up customary and tactical planning for Microsoft team.

Animesh Maheshwari is presently designated as the Java Head of A3Logics. A success-oriented professional equipped with 8 years of experience in senior roles, he has contributed his expertise in managing projects within Information Systems, media and financial environments. He has demonstrated his competence in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in order to maximize levels of productivity with utmost perfection. His technical expertise incorporates developing Middleware, web applications, Web Services, Web 2.0 technologies and much more that can be put in text here. On the academic front he holds a MCA degree. His professional proficiency is well highlighted through his varied roles that he has played brilliantly right from Software Developer to EDI Application Analyst and presently as the Java Head. An excellent communicator, he exerts prominence on structuring sturdy relationship with clients. A Quick learner who speedily acclimatizes himself to emerging technologies is his strong suit.
