A visionary and a strategist, Akhilesh Conceived & Designed A3logics in 2003, now leading and steering the team, built this organization delivering solutions globally. He has helped position the company by spearheading business strategies and strengthening global delivery and customer support centers in the USA and Europe. Akhilesh firmly believes that by collaborating, the team can exponentially increase throughput. With this in mind the organization’s philosophy is always to act as an augmentation of the client’s teams and supporting them to compete more effectively in the global business arena. Akhilesh is a Certified Project Manager from PMI UK and a Masters in Computer Applications.

Peter has worked for over 15 years in Dutch companies at a very senior level. He has demonstrated his extraordinary management skills in the field of Human Resources, Marketing and Information Technology in various industry sectors.

At A3Logics, he is handling long-term strategic planning, forming new policies and is responsible for day-to-day company’s affairs.

Before joining A3Logics, Dana has worked for 14 years in strategic marketing, business development, and product management. He has a record-breaking performance in the container leasing and IT business solution and services industry for 10 years. He began his career with the strategic department of Transamerica Leasing’s Corporate Headquarters in Purchase, New York and was trained at all levels in the North & South America Regional Head office in Cranford, New Jersey.
Currently, at A3Logics he is heading the Marketing department and undertakes long-term strategy and business development planning. Dana has pursued his Bachelors in Business Administration from Boston University with Marketing, Finance and International Management as specializations.

Rakesh has 15 years of extensive experience in establishing, executing and managing all aspects of operations in global corporate houses. His expertise involves managing infrastructure and process compliance.

At A3Logics, Rakesh undertakes decisions related to the infrastructure, facilities and communication set up. He also handles critical strategic issues, structuring and budgets. He works with clients for offshore operations and is responsible for several other operational transactions.
