In the Memory of 9-11 Attack Victims
It is Patriot Day in United States. The day observed as National Day of Service and Remembrance in memory of the 2,977 individuals who lost their lives in the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001.
On this day, many institutions, organizations and individuals indulge in volunteer activities with a view to serve the local communities. As a part of this volunteer service, millions of Americans have given billions of hours for the service of nation.
This sends a strong message across the globe that no event can break you apart and everyone has the ability to stand up and bounce back against all odds. With this initiative many have learnt new skills and developed some strong bonds and relationships! We need to encourage and motivate our fellow members to contribute to the society and bring some big development by doing their little.
Service can come in any form, be it to educate young and tender minds; to help end hunger, to give a helping hand to labors, or to innovate and come up with some revolutionary tech solutions, it’s the basic intention behind the effort that matters!
Taking a moment to remember those who lost their lives and praying for the ones who lost their loved ones on the tragic day…
