Catching up with the IPL fever engulfing the country, A3logics, for the first time, organized an in-house cricket tournament for its employees named the “A3 Premier League”.

Members were divided into 7 teams through a bid system namely- A3 Trailblazers, A3 Falcons, A3 Maestros,A3 Smasher, A3 Jaguar, A3 Panthers and A3 Champs. Quite expectedly, the competition was bound to be tough. The atmosphere at the A3logics camp was complete with fun and fervor as the players and the spectators were full of zeal and enthusiasm. Supporting their favorite teams, they yelled at every shot and ball. Four teams namely A3 trailblazers, A3 Falcons, A3 jaguars and A3 Champs qualified for the semi-finals.

The final had a nail biting finish with A3 trailblazers defeating A3 falcons in a classic win. The winning captain Prateek Sharma was awarded the A3Pl trophy while the runner up trophy went to Anurag Tomar in a glittering presentation ceremony.

Devanshu Saraswat bagged the coveted man of the tournament award for his outstanding all round performance in the tournament. Man of the match award was given to Amit Singh Hada for his splendid batting and fielding in the final match. Ashit Choudhary received the best bowler award for his highest wicket taking spell. Sohan Poonia was awarded for the best catch while N. krupananda won the best umpire award for eagle eye attention to every ball and his untiring umpiring throughout the tournament.

A3 Premier League was an earnest attempt on part of A3logics to give the team members a much needed break from monotonous work and relieve them of their stress. It was also aimed at building team spirit and sportsmanship in its members. After the roaring success of the tournament A3logics is planning to organize the event every year.
